Terms & Condition

FIT BOOKING POLICY

Rates are valid for minimum 02 persons travelling together on same flight timing & sharing the room on double/twin sharing basis. Tour booked is as per the itinerary only. No vehicle is on disposal.

Any special request for the packed breakfast to be placed with the hotel’s reception/restaurant one day prior only.

Strict timings to be followed for the tours as no refund will be provided or entertained if you skip the tour or you do not report at least 30 minutes prior to the tour starting point as mentioned on the voucher.

No transport service is included to reach at the pick-up point of the tour.

If booked hotel is not available then alternate accommodation of similar category hotel or upgraded hotel will be provided to the customer with their consent.

Please read the cancellation policy of the tour before making payment as hotels & supplier follows strict cancellation policy & no request will be entertained.

This package cannot be combined with any other offer.

This package does not include guide services. Guide services can be availed with extra supplement cost (on Request).

All arrival/departure transfers included in the package are for flights arriving day time at the Terminal. If flight arrival timings are before 0659hrs & after 1900hrs, then a minimal supplement charge will be applicable.

It is mandatory & safe to travel with overseas travel insurance while travelling abroad on holiday. (some travel insurance do not cover adventure or water sports activities)

Optional Activities are not included in this tour. If time permits & you wish to do optional tours, you can book them on our activities page.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY

The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 12 full paying passengers travelling together. In the event that the group size is less than 12 passengers you will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.

Customer should be punctual on the tour, our friendly tour leaders shall wait till specific given time, in case if the passengers are late they will have to make their own way to the next stop.

In case if there are any surcharge applicable for the required dates, we’ll be able to advise the same only at the time of confirmation.

If above mentioned Hotels are not available same category Hotels will be provided, in case of non-availability of same alternate will be informed then.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. fuel increases, ROE fluctuation if payments being made in INR government regulations, etc.

Times on itineraries provided and/or guide instructions have to be adhered too. Suppliers and us cannot be held responsible if passengers do not adhere to such timings/instructions.

Depending on flight arrival times, traffic holdups outside of our control or delays caused by clients not adhering to set departure times, it might not be possible to fit in certain visits, in which case the transport section (and in some cases also the entrance fees) will not be refundable.

The rates quoted are always subject to change without prior warning, should there be any increases in bed levies, airfares, park fees, fuel, sales tax or VAT, Third Party Services, exchange rate fluctuations or any other circumstances beyond our control for services featured in this quote.

It is important to notice that various service providers may impose special terms and conditions regarding deposits, payments, and cancellation fees and/or refunds from time to time. All reservations will be subject to these additional conditions.

All/any expenses passengers might incur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, etc. are for their own account. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance. We merely act as service broker and does not accept any liability.

We will under no circumstances be liable for any claim whatsoever, unless such claim is due to the gross negligence of the Operator and such claim is lodged in writing with us within 15 (fifteen) days after the end of the tour program. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Vehicle types (same as accommodation) are subject to availability and may be changed during the course of the tour for other similar vehicle categories without guaranteeing any specific model or make; requests for a specific make or model may result in surcharges Requests for vehicle use over and above the specified hours or use after completion of the indicated half-or full-day allocation will result in surcharges From time to time, certain tourist attractions close for annual maintenance, private functions or other reasons, which might not be known to us at the time of quoting.

All hotels are based on availability at the time of booking. If a particular hotel mentioned above is not available, we will book another hotel of a similar category and standard Tours and transfers depart strictly as per time mentioned on final itinerary. No delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late, the tour or transfer will depart without client, no refunds will be provided and alternative arrangements will be an extra cost directly to the client All transfers quoted are ‘direct’ transfers – any stops or deviations en route will attract a supplementary cost At most hotels check-in time is after 1400 hrs and check-out time by 1100 hrs latest. If necessary, we will request an early check-in or late check-out, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

ONLINE CARD PAYMENTS / NET BANKING & PAYMENT POLICY

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

If you are using the payment gateway to pay online using Debit/Credit Card or Net banking, then you are authorized to do so as we do not accept the third party payment.

BUCKET LIST TOURS AND TRAVELS does not accept the Third Party Card Payment. Reservation name & the name on Credit Card should match while making the payment online with credit card/debit card.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by BUCKET LIST TOURS AND TRAVELS 48 hours with the order booked on www.bucketlisttoursandtravels.com website else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

You have the option of paying the tour/invoice cost with an internet bank account of the banks which are listed on our payment gateway. You can pay for your order through the respective bank’s net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account.

If transaction is found suspicious by our risk management team and to protect your payment from potential fraud, we are forced to identify the credit card holder before we proceed with the payment. You may be asked to submit identification proof along with front copy of your credit card by email to complete your transaction. If you failed to produce the said documents on time, then your transaction/Reservation will be cancelled with immediate effect (for more clarity on this, you can get in touch with us on email to info@bucketlisttoursandtravels.com).

Any bank transaction charges charged for online payment is payable by the customer whether it is for the new order or the refund on the cancelled order.

If the transaction has been cancelled by the customer, processing charges will still apply to the card holder.

As a standard process if the booking is not processed because of some technical error or cancelled by the user, then the refund will be initiated in same Credit card / Debit card or Net banking account through which the booking has been originally processed. (Refund handling charges will be applicable in case of cancellation of booking from customer end over and above the cancellation charges as specified in the booking).

Payment Gateway is an additional Payment option available for the customer and is not the only option for making Payments. You can contact your nearest www.bucketlisttoursandtravels.com office to make your reservation by paying cash or transferring funds via wire transfers.

100% Advance payment is require for the tours on the black-out dates, any event or conference, festivals, Christmas/New Year and long weekend periods.The order placed for these dates are cannot be cancelled & no-refund will be processed for non-refundable bookings.

Any increase in the price charged by Company on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by Government shall have to be borne by customer.

BUCKET LIST TOURS AND TRAVELS reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. BUCKET LIST TOURS AND TRAVELS further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

The Customer shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.

In case, there is a short charging by BUCKET LIST TOURS AND TRAVELS for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel or amend your holiday at any point of time; charges will be applicable as per the prescribed cancellation policy of the tour details mentioned on the website page.

Individual Cancellation Policy applies for FIT tours, Group Tours, Activities, Visa Services.

You are proceeding the payment after reading & understood the cancellation policy of the product you are purchasing online.

Between 24hrs- 15 days of departure:- 100% of the total tour cost for FIT Packages.

Between 24hrs- 30 days of departure:- 100% of the total tour cost for Group Packages.

At any point of time Visa Charges are Non-Refundable.

100% of the tour cost will be charged for the tours on the black-out dates, any event or conference, festivals, Christmas/New Year and long weekend periods.

REFUND POLICY

Each hotel/service provider has its own refund and cancellation policy, as a result of which we adhere to the same. Also, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

The reservations which are applicable for refund as per the cancellation policy specified in each booking will be entitled for refund (if applicable) and will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request after the deduction of payment gateway processing charges.

If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the customer does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.

In the rare possibilities of the reservation not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same. BUCKET LIST TOURS AND TRAVELS is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of or to compensate/ replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further bookings will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.

Any payment made through THIRD PARTY CREDIT CARD is not liable for any refund and your reservation will be cancelled with immediate effect.
